New M&P9 Full Size
Just picked one up yesterday. Factory test fire date was just a few weeks ago (12/7/11). Cleaned, oiled, lubed, racked the slide a bunch, packed the mags full overnight. Gonna take it to the range today. Using 115gr Lawman so let's see how she runs. Update later today.

I'm sure all will go well, congrats. One big problem I have with M&Ps is they are addictive and much cheaper than 1911s.

Ok..sorry no pics because my cam took a dump. But at 25yds I was hitting a piece of 8x12 copy paper. Trigger was guaged at 12lbs 6 oz out of the box. After 300 rounds and aprox 300 dryfires and a sore finger it's still at 10lbs pull. Getting the Apex this payday! No FTF or FTE and very comfortable in my hand. Score 1 more for S&W!!!

Isn't that a Mass. thing? Don't ya'll have a minimum trigger weight as well as the mag capacity limit?

Even just getting the apex sear only, nothing else, vs the full kit will lower your pull to 7lbs. The sear only is also easy to install. I did this to my 9c.

I want to use this as one of my league pistols so I'm gonna shoot the wad and got for the DC kit. I heard of people just polishing there sears and the trigger pull poundage dropped.

It's not illegal to change it, dealers just have to sell the 10lb trigger model. He can make it 1 lb if he wants.
