New M&P40c
Got my M&P40C out of layaway today and had all my new magazines in my range bag one 10 rounder and two 15 rounders with me but the problem was I was tired after work and did not have any 40 caliber ammunition, so I went home with it and cleaned and lubed it.
Called Academy Sports and they have Winchester 100 rounds for 32.00 plus tax so tomorrow after work I'll be able to shoot my newest M&P!
This is my Christmas present to myself for being a good boy, but being low on funds had to lay it away!

Thanks "Old Cop" I shot the full sized range gun and it is almost like my 9 Full Size and I have an extended grip on the magazine that came with it and I also have two extra 15 round magazines both with X-Grips that give it that full size feel!
When I get a real camera I will take some pics of it and possibly a You Tube video of the range (only the best shots of course)!

Congrats, it's a great carry gun CCW. Love mine, but if you haven't shot one yet, it'll have some pretty good snap compared to the 9fs.. but it's manageable, I wouldn't carry anything less.

Congrats! I love mine as full-time carry and also a blast at the range with the drop-in Storm Lake 9mm conversion barrel.

You made an excellent choice they are an awesome pistol! My first M&P was the 40c. I have both the 40c & 40fs now and could not be any happier!

Got to shoot the weapon and am very happy with it, and although it has a little different recoil my biggest limitation was availability of ammunition.
Out of fifty rounds I shot rather well for a new caliber with a different sight radius of 3 1/2" instead of the 4.25", i can say I like my 40 now just as much as my M&P9 Full Size, tomorrow I'll get a bulk pack and blast away with it using the 15 round mags with the two X-Grips that I have.
I must say that as far as accuracy I can hit a critical area with ease using this pistol either with the standard magazine or the 15 round full size!
Next up a M&P45 within the next six months, and if overtime keeps going like it is now then it'll be half that time I guess this time it will be my Valentine gift to myself, hey that is a good excuse!
