Default Questions on M&P Options/Variations

I'm interested in getting my first M&P (.40 S&W) so I went to the S&W website...now I'm confused. I know I want a full size (4.25 inch bbl) but I'm not clear on a few things. Do they all have the interchangeable grip sizes? Are they all stiker fired DAO? Are the thumb safety and sights the only options or are there others? The way they are labeled on the website doesn't make any of these things clear.
Any info would be much appreciated...thanks.

All are striker fired (though i don't personally consider striker fired pistols DOA...they're just well striker fired) and have the changeble back strap except the .22 which is fixed backstrap and have a hammer fired design very similar to the Walther P22.

Options not counting localized versions for states with special needs lawyers includes thumb and magazine safety and sights.

There is also a pro version with different trigger and sights.

Edit: as i was slowly typing away with a single finger on my tablet a more complete list was given above )

Police and first responder versions come with three magazines... And they have a different SKU number. Look on Bud's Police or Express Police Supply. Same guns but have 3 magazines.

Yes, Mitch posted Jan 12th that he was out of work....

They will have a big blowout sale of their inventory. They have some nice M&P's in stock yet.
