Default M&P 9c vs. walther ppq? who takes it?

seen a lot of great things said and shown on these two semi's...i understand this is a smith forum, but i'd love to get some objective opinions on these two firearms. i currently own a 686-2 4 inch .357 mag and am looking to add a semi-automatic pistol into my collection. your thoughts are greatly appreciated...looking for current reliability, etc. obviously i intend on shooting each prior to purchase.

thanks,

gene

Sort of apples and oranges as the PPQ is a little bigger than the M&Pc and the PPQ has a great trigger right out of the box. With no aftermarket parts or added expense.

That said, the PPQ takes it, on trigger and accuracy alone. Regards 18DAI

A more fair comparison would be to the S&W M&P Pro 4.25, which is more the same size as the PPQ and also has a trigger pull about the same.
My M&P Pro 4.25 is very accurate and has a trigger pull a little above 4# (after shooting .about 1000 rounds). I like the ergonomics a little better than the Walther, but that's personal preference.
