Default New Play-Pretty

I'm a Parole Officer; wife's a Youth Services Officer & County
Magistrate. The Courtroom Officer told her he had a M&P40,
less than a yr old and barely shot that he wanted to sell with
CT laser grips, 2 holstes, an M&P40 airsoft pistol and 45 rnd
of 180 gr Gold Dot ammo for $680. She liked the gun (she
carries a Glock 19) and told me that if I thought it was a good
deal, she wanted to get it. Told her it wasn't a steal, but since
a set of CT grips would run her $300, it'd be like paying $380
for the gun, and that was a steal in today's market around
where we live.
She bought it and here it is: She did good for her first foray
into the world of gun collecting.

Default Way to go

That is the way to get a pistol. Everything needed right there.

The picture makes me think the same as Arkie45, you have a new pistol.

From the picture, it looks like the pistol has the mag disconnect. That is like my 40 which has almost 9000 rounds thru it with no problems. If your wife thinks the trigger is rough I would be glad to trade straight up. : ). Somewhere around 2000 rounds the trigger on mine got better.

Hope you enjoy yours as much as I do mine.

Thanks guys. The only thing needed is a couple or 3 mags. I like
to have at least 5 mags. It shoots great. I have an Apex hard
Sear in my M&P45 but I could live with the trigger of the 40.
It's a lot smoother than my 45 was. He told her he hadn't shot
it much and I believe it. Took it apart before we shot it, and
there's almost no wear on it at all. She says she'll keep her
Glock 19 but wants the 40 for her night stand gun instead of
the Glock 31 she's using now. Oh well, guess I'll
have to keep my 45 for CCW. After all, she bought it so it is
her gun.
