Can anyone confirm what sights fit this 22LR? I need to get some night sights that will clear my suppressor and help me sight in on rodents at night. An after market red dot would be an option too I guess.
I know the rear takes a standard M&P sight as I put the one from my 9c on the M&P22. Based on that I'd guess that the front takes an M&P front as well. Just remember that the slide is aluminum and that it doesn't fit in the MGW M&P sight pusher.
Yes, the front sight is the one I'm most concerned about. Mine has an allen key stud through the blade into the slide. I have read the post itself is sort of close to an M&P front sight but, the sight needs to filed to fit. I'd really like something that is a drop in fit.
I don't think there is such a thing. They make the sights a bit oversize so they can be carefully fitted. You need to fit the sight to the dovetail and then you need to Loctite it in place.
