Default Shield Safety Question

Don`t guess anybody knows yet on the Shield but what is involved in removing the safety on a regular M&P ?

drive the rear pin out, pull up the assembly and take the safety bar off. thats it on previous M&Ps

Smith will often also sent plugs to fill the holes left when removing it. They fit nicely.
