I've had my M&P9 flow quite a while and got a new job a year ago where I really need to stay concealed. I found myself just leaving the FS in the car or at home.
So I picked up a M&P9c yesterday.
Stippled and undercut the trigger guard last night.
I had forgotten how bad the stock trigger is on these.
PS. I do like the "stepped" rear sight of the new 9c better than my FS.
Hi
Have you given any thought to a "chop job" on your F/S M&P? Business End Customs in Peabody,Mass can cut the grip of your full size M&P,To the same size as the 9c. This will allow you to have the compact grip of a compact, and still have the sight radius, slide and barrel length of a full size. You can still use the 17 round magazine and the grip inserts of the 9c. I had this done and [posted a few pics under the M&P thread.
Conceals real real well, and very accurate
Thanks

Check out my Pics posted my M&P Freak. Lou does a great job cutting the gun down. I find the grip in a pistol is the most difficult to conceal. even seated in the car i found the full size grip always was in the way with the seat. having the grip chopped avoids that.
Its a great carry gun and more than ample round count.
great choice! i started with the 9c and bought my fiance the 9 full size. the trigger on it sucked from the factory (so did my 9c). after a break in period it has turned out quite nice. I also expedited the break in on the 9 full size by a couple of hours of TV watching dry-fireing. Smoothed it up like butter.
