Thumbs up Qualifying w/ the M&P40

Just did the armed qualification @ my depts. range last week and am very impressed w/ the M&P40. After 800 rds. and above 90% qualification,(100% on a couple of preliminaries) I can now say Smith did this fine pistol the right way. Not just myself but the rest of my fellow shooters scoring high. I had only one malfunction which was a transition to a 1st shot weakhand but a quick "tap, rack, ready" and I still scored inside the time limit. Excellent work S&W!!!

Thumbs up

Nice to hear that. I'm currently in the Academy and I will be training/qualifying with the M&P .40 next month. I only have two months left before graduation. I love the M&P & I too feel that S&W has done a great job on this pistol.

I wish more law enforcement officers would post and tell us their experiences with the M&P's.
