UpLula Rocks For Stiff Shield Magazine Loading !
Thank you forum friends for the recommendation to purchase an UpLula magazine loader!
I just received my UpLula for 9 mm to 45 caliber magazine loader from Amazon for $26 with free shipping.
I will admit it took me 5 minutes even after looking at the pictures to figure out how to use it but when it came to me I went nuts!
No one, I mean no one, should mess with hand loading or unloading another magazine.
The best $26 I ever spent!

I agree the Uplula mag loader is an excellent device. I don't always use mine, now that I have forced myself to learn a fast double-thumb press and shove technique (don't ask!), but on days when the finger joints are a little more swollen than usual and I have to load some magazines, this little tool comes out.
If you are an older shooter with arthritis or other hand problems, you need to know about this tool.

Agree. Nothing better. I shoot thousands of rounds a month and without this I simply couldn't.

I broke down and bought one after I saw seeing Hickok45 using one. Works like a champ at the range...

They are wonderful, and I always use one.
A tip that I read here the other day: if your magazine has a polymer follower, like the M&P magazines do, load the first round manually (by hand) so that the metal "finger" of the UpLula doesn't cause wear on the follower.
I don't know how much more (if any) wear the UpLula will cause on the follower than will the last round in the magazine, but just thought I would pass along the suggestion.

Frighteningly I now have three...
A Uplula for my 9mm pistols, a baby Uplula for my .380 pistols, and an AR-15 Lula for my M&P15. I spend less time reloading mags and more time doing what I enjoy...

Ah so you did buy one off our recommendations. Do you see that little problem I told ya about where it doesn't sit right sometimes? Also that last round is sometimes a problem with the angle of the arm that pushes them down.

Yes
My 45 XD 13 round magazine fits much nicer than the Shield.
I felt pretty stupid trying to figure out how it works.

The best invention since smokeless powder (just kidding). Its great for all magazines, but where its exceptional is if you load one of those huge extended mags, like the 33 rd Glock. If anyone claims to have seen me shoot a Glock, I will deny it

I've had one for a year or two. I won't go to the range without it.

I've also had one for a couple of years and load 9mm and .45 mags with it. I would guess that I've loaded several thousand rounds and it is still going strong. Best $25 I've spent.

I took the m&p 9mm for a test drive today at the range and I found myself having trouble loading the rounds. The uplula will be used if I'm in that position again.

I practice loading my 9 mm magazines. But when I go to the range I concentrate on shooting and using my uplula !

I've been thinking of getting another one to keep in the range bag. I'd hate to think that I get to the range & find that I've forgotten it. My fingers aren't what the used to be.

Hey dude, don't worry about reviving a thread that is about 16 months old like it was yesterday... We're good with that here, and any chance to promote an UpLULA is cool!!!
