Default 7 lb. OEM trigger on M&P Bodyguard 380

When I received my S&W M&P Bodyguard, I ended up having to send it to the manufacturer for an unrelated issue (I think), and now that I've had it back a while, I decided to check the trigger pull weight. Is it normal for me to get 7 lbs? Sometimes I get in the sixes, sometimes I get in the 8 or 9 lbs, but I can consistently get in the 7 lb range.

7 seems light for the bodyguard, I've handled a few and they all were heavy (10+), which they should be I suppose for pocket gun application, from the factory, anyway.

I have had 4 of these guns over the years. I traded them off for bigger calibers every time. The trigger was always very stiff (I liked it that way for a pocket gun). I now have 5th one on the way, should be here Monday the 12th. Can't wait to get it. I do not have a trigger gauge but wondering if the trigger is the same on the newer models. I had to order this one so I could get the factory installed crimson trace green laser.

S&W's seem to heavy triggers compared to what
they spec on the web page.

My M&P9 FS is rated at 6.5 lbs but measures at 8.5 lbs
with a Lyman digital gauge.

CS said to send it in, but I'll just go with Apex FSS
Not waiting 4-6 weeks for a still heavy pull.
