Default Shield first day at the range not happy

As stated in my other thread sights wouldn't move.
After damaging them I moved them putting about 80 to 100 ft lbs on it in a vise.
Looked at my brass,
deep marks and now raised material from the extractor,Is this normal ?
Dents and flat spots in the brass,Is this normal ?

The gun functioned perfect no FTF or FTE I did only shoot about 35 rounds because the sights were off 2 inches to the left at 7 yards. No fun when you don't hit where you aim.
trigger so so too heavy.

My 9(KAHR) brass looks so much better, only slight extractor marks and no dents

I had to use a c clamp to hold the slide and a vise to press the front sight over to center it.I have been told smith uses a press to put the sight on.Im not the first that couldnt move it.
