| | I thought that S&W itself might be the best place to get extra mags, but I guess not. I've been waiting for an extra mag for over a month now, and I was at Cabela's in Maine yesterday and never even thought to check there. I figured if anyone would get extra mags it would be the Manufacturer itself. Silly me! |

| | Update:
Just got off the phone w/Mark from CS, and my order is still active in the system. According to his report, there are about 4000 backorders, and the shop is expected to receive 5000 by the end of the month.
Meanwhile, I've got lots of other guns to shoot. I'll still practice with the Shield, but with not as many rounds. I really like having at least five magazines for each of the pistols I take out to the range.
