Default My first problem with the M&P Shield

And if this is the most serious problem I have with this gun then I'm a happy guy! Happened at the 1,200 round mark.

Took me all of 30 seconds to fix it.

Ah Yes... the all too common white dot fall out syndrome. Glad you took the advised cure for the problem. Now if only the folks back at the hatchery could find the cure themselves.

Don't have as many rounds through my M&P 45 as you do, but it's good to know this "problem" you had might be the only thing I have to watch out for.

LOL, I use white fingernail polish to cure that problem. At least I do now ever since my wife found it on the seat of my truck.... !!!

You have just gone through a right of passage that most of us M&P owners have experienced

I put a drop of clear finger nail polish on the sights as soon as I get them home. seems to hold it in place for over 3,000 rounds now
