Default Replaced factory sights on M&P Shield

I just replaced the factory sights on my Shield with Trijicon Bright & Tough Night Sights #SA37.

I have a MGW318 sight tool that I use for my full size M&P. I had to remove the slide clamp from the tool and let the shield slide press up against the tool to push off the sights. It worked excellent and did not scratch or dent my slide. I just wanted to verify that this tool does work for the Shield. I read a lot of posts that said it would not work.

I bought the Shield 9mm a couple months ago and now want the 40mm version. I can not find them anywhere. I can't even find the 9mm anymore. Glad I bought it when I did.

Here is a video of my Shield with the night sights.

Those look great, and it sounds like your sight pusher is a good tool to have.

Good job!! I have done mine back in July with SA37s. IMO...I think it's the perfect replacement of factory sights to night sights. The Trijicon SA37s are the best looking also and very bright.

My S&W Shield in 9mm with Trijicons SA37s....
