Default Backstraps

So i have had my 9c and 40c for couple months now. I dont have big hands so i naturally been trying out the medium and small back straps on my 40c and could never decide between the two. I would shoot 50 rounds with the medium then 50 rounds with the small. As silly as it may sound, i was getting frustrated because i couldnt decide which one i wanted to keep on there because I like consistency.

So last week i decide to try the large even though i had never considered it. WOW what a difference and it felt perfect! I felt like i could control the gun better and probably the best groupings i have had since purchasing the guns.

So moral of the story is try out all 3 straps. Dont just dry fire will all 3 but actually shoot with all 3. I took it for granted that i would be only comfortable with either the small/medium and almost never considered the large. Glad I did.

I did the exact same thing. I tried the large back strap last because I thought it would be too big, but it's perfect! Got some talon grip over that to make it even better. Enjoy!

Yeah, old school revolver shooters have realized the benefit of "palm swell" coke style grips for a long time. Took me some time to get away from the "1911 slim grip" school of thought.
