Ported slide

Hello- new member here.

Curious if a ported slide like the performance center will fit on my standard 9mm shield?
Looking to reduce muzzle flip.

I think there was a similar thread while ago, and yes it will fit or you can have yours ported too with a different design.

I think it will take more then just the slide you are going to have to have the barrel ported also. Carver Customs will do all kinds of cuts in the side of a slide but those cuts will do nothing if there is no gas to make them work. Someone correct me if I am wrong.

Yes it will fit, and no it won't reduce muzzle flip.
