Default New holster for my Shield

I did the usual thing people do when they buy a new pistol...had to buy several different holsters before I found a good match. Fortunately I didn't spend much $$ before I found the right one. First one was a Uncle Mikes IWB which was ok but that belt holder felt like it was always slipping.
Yesterday, I had a coupon from Cabelas for employee discount and that turned out to be 25% so I picked up two holsters- IWB Galco ST0286 Stow-n-Go model for the Glock 26,27,33 and it fits perfect. Nice comfortable ride even sitting in the car. The other one was a Bulldog, leather belt slide Medium for autos and it fits a wide range of guns. Another perfect fit and very comfortable. Both seem pretty well made. and the discount at Cabelas plus some points I had on my credit card made it very nice as an after-Christmas present to me.

I bought a stow and go also and liked it. I just purchased a lasermax for my Shield so I am searching again for a holster. I liked the N82 tactical pro but it does not fit with the laser. Crossbreed super tuck looks like it might be the choice.

I like both of these a lot. More comfortable than some other ones I have tried. The leather and stitching look like they will hold up to everyday use and I didn't spend much on either one.

Default Stow n go

Where do you wear that stow n go? I like the 3-4 position, but without any can't does it make the grip print towards the rear. I'm a skinny guy so I don't have much room to give up. heck thats why I got the shield and carry with the 7 and not the 8 mag. I did some testing just kinda putting it in my wasteband to see how it would ride in a holster like that and it may work at the 3 position or maybe closer to 2:30. I can tell you I was sure i'd avoid the holster drawer but I think thats harder then it looks..LOL

Default New holster for my Shield

I use stow n go either at 230-3 position or on my left weak side at 9-930. Either way it's ok for my body type and comfortable either way.

I went with the N82Tactical original holster. So far I really like it for the comfort and fit.

Another vote to the Remora. I like the RFT for reholstering as well. I had a problem with the trim positioning over the mag release since I'm left-handed, but Alan at Remora took care of me. Great CS!
