Default Cabela's Utah Rocks

I purchased a Beretta Nano from Cabela's Utah Nov 2011.

I shot 1, 300 rounds with nothing but frustration. I sent her back to Beretta with no improvement.

I called and left a message with Cabela's store manager. He called me back same day and we discussed my problem for 10 minutes. The store manager told me he wants me to be happy and he would give me a store credit. He than hooked me up with the gun manager and I told him to look for a Ruger LCR 357 with crimson grips.

A few days later he called to inform me he researched my request and crimson laser grips was not stock and the price would be $600.

I thanked him but past. Two months later my frustration boiled over with the Nano and emailed the store manager to see if his store credit was still available. I also told him I had sent the gun in with no improvement.

The same day he called me and said yes. I told him I wanted the just released Shield. He told me they only had a display and he could not sell it but to come in and see if I liked it.

When I came in the store manager met with me and informed me they could not find a Shield but if I liked the display I could have it straight across for my Nano of 1, 300 rounds and 4 months old.

My experience with Cabela's was great

Nice. Even though they can be a bit overpriced the service is worth it if you have any issues.

Talk about going above and beyond for you! In reality it wasn't their problem nor did they even have to offer anything. Kudos to them for taking the high road in customer service and I bet they made a lasting impression.
