Default M&P REPAIR
Received my MP22 and the right thumb safety lever was broken off. Called S&W got the label. Out to FedEx and back in a week with new safety and front sight. Called Smith, they said the gunsmith didn't like the original front sight and replaced it. I COULDN'T BE HAPPIER! Anybody got any .22 LR? Here Hee!

S&W gunsmith didn't like it ?

All I can report is what I was told. He didn't like the original sight and replaced it with a new one. Like the second poster, I didn't know the first one has a problem.

That is great! I sent in a M&P15 5.56 rifle with a bad barrel, now this was around the holidays, it took over 5 weeks to get it back. The people in customer service were less than enthusiastic on the phone. Glad to hear a good story.

They must've got an earful when they weren't nice to you. I was treated like I owned the company!
