There are a couple of approaches you can take with this. Use a good quality synthetic gun oil and wipe the pistol down on a regular basis. Try am IWB holster that has a sweat shield. I've been carrying pistols IWB for years and never had a rust problem with the exception of a SIG P228, and that was with the internals that weren't treated with the same protection as the barrel and slide. Then again, I've seen a couple of people that sweat so caustically they've rusted Glocks.
Google FrogLube and take a look at the videos. I can't say its the "end-all" in firearms lubrication as I really don't care how it handles carbon on my AR's bolt, but I've also been using it on handguns and they seem to wipe fairly clean. FrogLube was developed and is marketed by a former Navy SEAL, and I would venture that salt water was considered when formulating the stuff. The instructional videos recommend you degrease the gun, heat the metal with a hair dryer, and coat all the internal and external surfaces with the FL, paste or gel. Let it dry for a while, then wipe everything down good with a microfiber cloth. Also, run your brushes and patches thru the bore as you normally would. If sweat is a problem, you should still consider treating the pistol every couple of weeks or so as needed.
