Default Lesson learned

A year ago i purchased first a S&W Bodyguard 380 followed by a Shield 9mm. I purchased a Pachmyer grip sleeve for my Bodyguard first. During qualifications i noticed an alarming flaw in the grip sleeve. Ejecting the first empty mag and trying to seat the second mag was impossible because the grip sleeve slid down and over the opening for the mag. Sent it back to the company. They sent it back to me saying they would address the issue. I threw it in the garbage. Lesson learned.

Now i took one more chance in ordering it for the M&P shield. During qualifictions again i noticed a problem. Using this sleeve threw my group off. Did the sleeve move down a little yes but not so much it covered the mag opening. I'm going to try it again this week with the sleeve and if it happens again this sleeve will go into the same place the first one went into. Will i send it back to the company - NOPE - not after the first explanation i got. Right now i give it a 50/50 chance and hope its not another lesson learned the hard way.

I had em on my M&P 22 and FS 9 and as soon as they warmed up they slid around the grip like I had buttered them. In the drawer!

I'm not a fan of those sleeves for exactly the reasons you discovered.

Why did you get one in the first place? Are you not happy with the grip?

Get either a Traction Grip or a Talon grip for it
