Yes, they work great. I have a set on a Ruger 22/45 and as soon as the set for the M&P22 is available (I call every couple of weeks), I'll be getting those too. They are in the catalog, but not yet available.

Have you looked at the TFOs?
They sit on my Shield, and they are great

I second Dean1818's suggestion. I have the Truglo TFO sights on my M&P .45 and they are amazing. Best combat sights I've ever used.

Another vote for the TFO sights. Have them on my Shield 9mm - Great sight picture in all lighting conditions.

So far I've heard of TruGlo, Aneriglo, HiVz & this firesight. Just weighing in my options as I get a $100 for Fathers Day & I'm getting the Stinking Loader for my M&P 15-22 & I was left with $60. All these sights are in the $100 range. Just wanted to know people opinion about those fire sights.
Had a hoster done by n82 tactical for my laser Shield.
So it either the fire sights or another add on for the M&P 15-22

A long as you aren't expecting or needing self-illuminating night-sights, the Williams Fire Sights are great. I have the adjustable versions on both my FS M&P9 and my Ruger Mark III Target, but "fixed" is all you need for the Shield.
Even in fairly low-light conditions they show up very clearly, and with the front red and rear green, they're easy to get on-target quickly. (Not sure which color combination is used for the Shield.)
