Default Hmmm decisions, decisions

I am seriously debating if I should get the compact 9 to go along with my full size and my Shield. I always look for an excuse to justify a purchase but I don't know that I would even carry it when I carry the Shield on the regular basis

It's a great in-between to complete the family!

I have one compact, two full size and three Shields.

The compact is my favorite.

I would say get the compact, goes well for winter carry since it has the capacity. And has more capacity since it will take your FS mags. I will be buying a Compact in the near future.

If I was you I would just go out and buy a gun... sounds like you already have your mind up to make a purchase. Just run down to the LGS and see what feel right and buy it. Works for me... well most of the time. Just don't tell your wife until after the fact, or just say I always had that pistol, just don't get it out often.

All of them can be successfully carried concealed. I'm wearing the 40FS right now but obviously the Shield can be concealed a lot easier. The compact is a great compromise with more fire power & as mentioned earlier the FS mags will fit that, too. I have a 40C ordered & when that comes I'll carry it with a FS mag & an X Grip, even though that's not necessary except for appearance. My next step will probably be a Shield but I might just save my money & buy conversion barrels for the FS and/or compact, more than likely .357SIG to start, 9MM later.

Well, I went to the shop and got my pick of the 20 they had in stock. Buddy of mine works there and I got to dry fire each for the one with the best trigger. Was still undecided, so I put it on lay away....lol. I have a Tavor on order and have a great business relationship with the manager and most of the staff, and the boss said put it on layaway and figure it out in the next few months, if you decide against it put the money towards the Tavor. Can't bet that kind of customer service
