UPDATED: I made a second, and better attempt, with my Pro. It's still not as perfect as I would like, but it's much better. I used a couple hole/paper punches and a razor blade this time.
Here is my ****** "install" of Talon Grips with CT Lasergrips. A more talented and patient person would have cut out the grip in the same shape of the CT buttons, but I took the quick way and you can see it's not the best solution. To properly install them, you would need to trim/cut the areas where the pen and pencil are pointing to (and the opposite side). I have another set to go on a full size, which I think I will try to do a bit better. I did not have to trim any of the other edges to fit the CT, and as you can see on the back of the grip they do not overlap or touch.
Here are some updated pictures and second attempt with a Pro.
I used my wife's "scrapbooking" punch here. I taped the edges together, rolled it over and used the premarked lines as a guide. Not the best way to guide it in, but it worked ok.
Here is the backing with the cuts shown. The top arm was circle punched, the second was "shaved" with a razor, and the third I used a paper hole-punch.
On the edge under the actual laser, it creates a different profile than if not lasered. I took the top millimeter off with the razor, to ease this distortion. Not sure if it was worth it or needed.
You can see here that the hole-punches work pretty well, but I have a hard time keeping them perfectly symmetrical and lined up.
