Snap caps
I cleaned my M&P 22lr after firing today. After I reassembled it I loaded five of the orange plastic snap caps. Weapon feed, fired and ejected no problem but I noticed there wasn't any marks or dent on the caps. Is that correct or do I have a firing pin problem

I could be wrong ( according to the wife I always am ) but I thought I read that they were not snap caps but practice rounds. I use a few fires cases myself. Only time I do it though is to make sure I put it back together right.

Just go shoot your gun and if it fires, you don't have a problem.

Yeah, sorry if it came off a little abrupt. It just seemed so obvious to me.
Seriously, I don't think you have any worries.

Yeah! I found a dead 22case and it put a nice dent in it. I guess it doesn't want to hurt my snap caps LOL

It's easy for us to panic when it seems something is wrong with our guns.
