Default Loving my 9c

As many of you know, I traded my Steyr .40 for a M&P 9c a couple of months ago. I now have between 700-800 rounds through the 9c and I can honestly say I could not be happier with it. The only improvement that I want to make to it is a APEX duty/carry kit. I want the trigger a little lighter, it is currently 6.75 lbs and while the gunsmith is doing that (I know, I could do it myself) he will also polish everything inside and put on the new Warren Tactical FO sights that I hope to get for Christmas. When I first got the gun, I was very conscious of my pinky and not being quite sure where to comfortably put it. I can honest say, I now don't even think about my pinky when I shoot it. A kid (a teenager or late teen) in the lane next to me at the range today, was shooting his new 9c for the first time. I think his parents got it for him for Christmas as they were there with him. His shots were all over the place and I told them that using the tip of my finger worked well on my 9c versus using the first joint of the finger. It was kind of fun mentoring him and they were cool with my suggestions. Anyway, I was happy and I just wanted to share.

Love my 9C too. 2000+ rds thru it with no issue since July. Put XS Big Dots along with APEX/DCAEK and have never looked backed. APEX kit made the gun a dream especially living in the "Peoples Republic of Massachusetts" where the gun is sold w a 10+ lb trigger pull.
APEX owes me a sales commission, pretty sure I've sold at least a dozen kits at my range after letting others try it.

Great overall pistol. The only thing I have done is the Apex USB. Eliminates all grittiness.

The only thing better than the 9c I carry/shoot would be the wife having one also. Excellent pistol!
