Default 9c sight snag

I've been carrying my 9c in my coat pocket this winter, but the rear sights definitely can have a snag issue. Been thinking about taking a file to them, but thought I'd ask advice of the learned members of the forum before taking such a drastic step.

What do you think?

You might think about putting a Warren tactical rear sight on it. The Warren tactical rear site has very smooth rounded edges. I doubt those would snag.
On my 9c I put Warren Tactical FO on the front and the black Warren Tactical on the rear. So far I like them.

The top of the sight is what is used for aiming. Do you really want to file on it?

If you are experiencing snagging with the factory sights, there are plenty of other sights out there.
