Default Range today with .40 shield

Today I went got the range and put about 100 rds down the pipe! I recently I installed the apex carry kit and trigger and I must say I was very impressed with how much more accurate I was. My groups were a lot tighter as well. I shot Remington 180 gr target loads. It was truly a joy to shoot today. I love this gun.

Default Blow ups

C'mon camo man. Aren't those blow ups as likely as a plane crash? I'm a new shield owner and I love it.

Make that three 40 Shield survivors. I shot about 100 rounds of WWB 165 grain yesterday with no surprises. The Shield performed flawlessly as usual.

Shot mine today and no issues, shot some 180 gr Magtech and some Fiocchi XTP 180 gr and they had a "little" snap to them, you could really tell the difference between them and target ammo.

It would be a good idea if we Shield 40 forum members inspect our spent brass and note what manufacture and grain of bullet on the forum. We have a great opportunity to at least get some general stats and observations. That way we can collectively inspect for over pressure or and case bulging. If you don't know how to inspect the brass.... Just take one or two of what ever brand you shot and take a picture of the primer and the side of the case. Its very easy to do. Too much hysteria without data. Maybe we could at least add some data.
