Appendix carry
Does anyone carry their m&p compact in an appendix holster? If so what do u use and how do u like it? I just bought a supertuck crossbreed and with my body frame looks horrible. Prints way too much.

Appendix carry isnt for everyone. It can take a while to find the right holster and ypu still might nit find one you like. That said, I've been carrying a shield in an Uncle Mikes iwb to get a better feel for if ill like to carry that way. I know some would say that the uncle mikes isn't an ideal holster. They are correct but thats why I use the saftey. I really dont feel like going through 4-5 different ones to find the right one. I know i want a leather appendix and will likely go with a centerpiece from highnoon holsters.

I am not comfortable carrying any autoloader in that position. I have, however, carried J-frame revolvers there - that is, until my "cake furnace" got in the way...

I carry my j frame appendix in a Sticky holster and love it! I used to carry IWB at about 4 o'clock, but was getting some lower back pain/strain after carrying for long days. Appendix is much more comfortable!

Appendix carry is the only way I carry my Shield. I use an N82 Tactical Pro holster.

Carry my 9c appendix, 11 o'clock, I'm a lefty, in a Blade Tech Klipt appendix holster. Very thin and comfortable, and can be placed behind the hip if so desired. Works great cross-draw also.

I carry a 45c, 9c, or Shield appendix. I used to carry 3:30 but got tired of being concern with printing when sitting ore bending over. Now I don't have to worry about printing & I can draw faster.

I just happened to pick up a 9c cheap and don't have any holsters. I carry a variety of weapons but have never heard of the holster you mentioned. That's why I love this forum. I will check it out. Thanks.

You might get along better with something like this. The single loop allows the gun float a bit when moving around and in particular sitting but keeps it where you want it.
I just made this for someone for appendix as well, keeps it a little bit firmer but again, the single point allows the gun to move with the body while staying where you want it. I wear one of these at 4pm, really adaptable and solid little holster.
Personally, I'm not an appendix carry person... I get it may be a tad faster and have worked with it extensively, but it's harder to shield the gun while accessing - it's an either draw or no draw proposition. At 4 or 5pm you can use your body to shield getting ready if you are worried about something.
Of course.. everyone works things different and uses different perspectives so that's just what I prefer - not saying anyone is wrong.

Post pics!
I had a nightmare with the sweat guard - the big slide release and decocker. If I didn't like a challenge I would stick to modern poly's...

+1 on the Incog by G-Code. I carry my 9c that way, also a Commander size .38 Super. Sawyer Concealment made me an appendix rig for my M&P 9 w/X300/U light and I hope a Glock 41 w/light.

Inside the Waist Holster
I have the m&p 45 compact and carry appendix every day. Here is the holster I use. Expensive but very good quality leather and stitching. Very comfortable. Will not need another holster. Check out the link above.

I have a Steyr that I carried at 3 o'clock in a SHTF iwb holster. No problems. I now have switched to the 9c and I have an Alien gear holster. It is very tight on the gun, even after I put the large spacers in. I am going to tweak the holster some so I don't struggle to get the gun in the holster. I am having a hard time finding the best carry position with the 9c set up. I am currently using my Remora and the husband says that I carry that in the appendix position. I just know that it's slightly forward of the hip with the gun at a slight angle.

Raven Concealment vanguard 2. Works like a charm for my 9C. Great for shorts and t shirt. Takes a bit to get acclimated to appendix carry...

I work from a latter a lot. And I'm afraid of someone coming up behind me (which has happened alot at my job) that's one reason I carry appendix. I also work with my arms up a lot. So being on a latter with arms up and gun showing on my side/back is not ideal for me. What do u charge for your holsters? Do u have a website??
Edit:
I see that I have already asked u this! Sorry. Let me still know if anything comes available! Thanks

About two years ago I went to the appendix or 1:00 position for all IWB carry. I have bulged lower spine discs and it got to the point of when I tucked any pistol behind my right hip I got severe pain. With AIWB I have zero pain and it hides even a large pistol very well. I find AIWB very comfortable even while seated.
My choice in holsters, especially any IWB, is good horse hide. For all the pistols I carry AIWB I use the High Noon Holsters Public Secret in horse with belt clip. Bill

appendix carry
I carry a Glock 19 in appendix carry using a Bianchi 100 or a Galco Horsehide B129H
Horsehide handles moisture better and for me is more comfortable than plastics.
It helps immeasurably to not be overweight.

I carry my M&P9C or CS9 in Remora holsters AIWB.
As an experiment and because I had a free Sticky holster that happened to fit I've been carrying a full-size USP45 AIWB during the work week. It's not nearly as bad as I thought it would be.

Why not? What is the difference between and auto and revolver?

Probably that the revolver is generally by nature a double action.
Worry about semi-auto's is generally a perspective driven distrust of the safety mechanisms or a misunderstanding of how the different ones work.

I carry a J-frame IWB appendix every hour, every day. Try the Summer Heat holster from our own member BELL CHARTER OAK.
It s so comfortable I sometimes have to remind myself it is there.
