Hello,
M&P Bodyguard Owners manual says you can drift adjust the rear sight with a brass or plastic punch. That's impossible. It's in there so tight you'll marr the slide trying w/o a sight pusher. Yes, I know it goes in/out in one direction. There's not much room on either side for the rear sight to go and if you go beyond the slide with your adjustment, the sight will stick out and catch on clothing.
Has anyone adjusted their windage on the rear sight and had it make a difference? Mine shoots way low and to the left. Shot it off a rest and same thing, even had a high master pistol shooter try it and same thing. If I could buy a replacement rear sight I could grind off the extra protruding out the side of the slide but S&W doesn't let anyone sell the factory sights or any other parts. Just wondering if any one adjusted theirs and if it made a difference.
Thanks
