I really prefer the full "size" of the standard version (vs the compact) for my large hands and the similarity to my full size M&P .40. I also thought it would be a good way to help my wife with being more comfortable shooting the same size gun with less recoil.

With all the very positive reviews of the compact version, I'm now wondering if I made the right choice.

I have both, and prefer the fullsize.

Nothing wrong with the Compact, but the fullsize just feels better to me.

I really would've bought the full size by now if it just didn't have that skinny pencil barrel sleeve.
