Default Barrel Twist rates on .40 vs 9mm full size?

Sorry if this has been answered already, did a quick search, but didn't return anything...

Does anyone know the factory barrel specs for the M&P .40 and 9mm full size? 4.5" barrels?

Thanks!

Currently production M&P9 uses a 1 in 10 twist rate. Don't know about the M&P40.
