Default Sweet 40C

I put 310 rounds downrange today, the first time since before Christmas. I almost forgot how good that pistol was. I didn't shoot very good at least according to my standards but it was still great fun. All shots save one flyer would have put a bad guy down so I can't complain. I used up 150 rounds of American Eagle FMJ & 150 rounds of WWB. The extra 10 were Hornady Gold Dots. I figured I'd shoot a mag of those to make sure they'd function through the 40C as those are my SD carry rounds. Not one FTF, FTE or any other problem. I expected nothing less with about 1500+ rounds through it. I ran myself out of practice rounds so now I have to save my pennies to replenish the stock.

My son went with me so I also got to shoot my old Glock 23, now his. That is & always was a good shooter. I wanted to shoot his Glock 21 .45 cal but by the time I was going to ask him he had run his ammo dry.
