Default Spare part after Apex Carry Kit install

So I had some night sights installed and the folks who did that installed the Ultimate Striker Block, night sights and sent the rest back.

I got into it today, installed everything, put it back together and was left with a small pin. I have no idea where this thing came from; I checked my work as I went and the gun seems to function fine reassembled. Even chambered a round and all went ok. Attached is a picture showing the mystery pin as well as the assembled firearm and all remaining factory parts. The part in question is to the right of the Talon tool.

Can someone tell me if I missed something somehow? Don't really want to carry this firearm until I figure it out.

That is a slave pin that allows parts to be assembled and comes out when frame pin is pushed in.

I believe he's talking about the little metal one next to the talon tool.

That appears to be the sear deactivation lever pin.

Check to make sure all your roll pins are in the gun. It looks like a roll pin to me.

I was thinking it could only be from the sear housing block....gotta pull it apart and check again. Would make sense since putting the trigger bar back into it required some wrestling.
