40mm slide over 9mm frame?
Is it possible to run my 4.25 PC 40 CORE slide and barrel on top of my standard fs 9mm frame. I am attached to the apex trigger and thumb safety on the fs 9mm frame but want to shoot open division, major, USPSA, with a red dot.

I wish I would have know this I wouldn't have paid to move the APL comp kit from the 40 CORE to the 9 Pro. Lets see $35 to install it in the Core. $35 to remove it and put the factory parts in then $35 to put it in the Pro. I am starting to feel used.

40mm would be one large bullet. Don't think I would want to shoot it.

You could call it a M-79 (or a M-203 if you prefer piggyback weapons)
