Default .45 side filler tab fell out
I went to clean my gun yesterday and when I took the slide off the tab was just bouncing around and fell in my hand. I called where I bought it from and they looked it and suggested that I contact S&W which I have and sent photos.

Anyone have this happen and how did they take care of the issue?

I removed thumb safeties from both of mine and used the plugs. No issues.

I don't know why, but I hate that scan bar......

Lock tite makes a plastic bonder you can use too. Not something to worry about .
