Do any parts from the m&p full size interchange with the Shield? Thanks tbird.

I don't believe so

According to Apex Tactical the sear is the same
for the M&P Shield and the M&P .45

According to Apex Tactical the Striker Block
is the same across M&P semi auto pistols

It is my understanding the striker and trigger return
springs fit as well (though not recommended)
