Has anyone played "Glamour Shots" with their M&P pistols?
I have seen a lot of really cool pics that members have posted on this forum of their revolvers and other guns i.e., posed on picket fences, rocks, cliffs, carried by eagles in flight, etc., etc. I don't recall ever seeing those kind of pics of M&P pistols, though. I checked the M&P section and nada.
I was bored out of my mind yesterday and decided to spend an hour+ playing "Glamour Shots" with 6 of my 7 handguns (I saved the photo session of my 3" Ruger GP100 until after I get my Simply Rugged pancake holster and new Altamont grip inserts for it). The attached pics may be ho-hum to some of you, but I used one of our "rock tables" on our back patio and away I went. Pretty much all we had without getting too carried away. I'm pleased with how they turned out.
So if anyone else has any cool shots of their M&P pistols, let's see 'em! Here are the pics of my .40 Shield and .380 Bodyguard:

Sorry plastic is just not very glamorous. At least not when compared to rich blued metal or polished stainless and finely figured wood.
Plastic is plain and utilitarian... "not that there's anything wrong with that." to quote Jerry Seinfeld.

On rifle forums, those are known as fence post pics because they are usually pictures of a blued steel and fancy wood rifle on a well weathered fence post.
Funny thing is you almost never see a pimped out AR on a fence post. They are usually on a nylon carpet with someone's toes in the picture.

About as glamorous as a M&P gets for me.
Utilitarian black and white.

I find there is a little more to work with when it's a M&P revolver.

If you look at the top of this section of the forum you will see a "M&P Picture" topic. There are quite a few pictures of plastic guns there. M&P picture thread.

My bad
When I saw the title I thought you meant with something like lingerie, but now that I think about it that would be a bit creepy.

I shot mine with a camera once, shooting it at the range is more fun though.

Properly lit and composed nicely can make anything look good. I always enjoy a nice shot, like the 2 above, no matter what the subject is.

Is close to what you mean
I put a lot of effort into shooting good (to me) images of the guns I sell on GunBroker and I was shooting some of the Mod 60-4 that I just sold and while I had the lights set up I did I few quick shots of my shield. I didn't spend much time on them.
