Default Quality Belt/Holster for a Quality Pistol

Kind of a long wait but worth it. Received my Kramer horsehide holster and magazine pouch (kramerleather out of Tacoma, Washington). Fits the pictured M&P Shield perfectly. The belt shown is a ~20 year old double horsehide Kramer belt.

I'm not military or law enforcement, just a citizen who carries pretty often. I picked the Shield/Kramer setup because I can depend on it.

Awesome! I just ordered my first Kramer belt and mag pouch (have several of their holsters already). They make the sturdiest leather (horsehide) around!

I agree, Motorsporting. I carry my S&W 640 in a IWB Kramer and a Kahr K9 in a Kramer OWB holster. Both horsehide and both about 20 years old.

Thanks, Radco. The knife is a customized Randall "Trout & Bird", old model. One of my favorites.

20 years' difference, and the colors still match. That's very impressive!

Just between you and me, the belt gets scratched up and dries out somewhat over time. Every few years, I rub in Cordovan Kiwi shoe polish, buff, then rub out really well to prevent the polish from transferring to my trousers. I also have a Kramer made gun belt faced with Cordovan leather. As you know, horsehide and in particular Cordovan horsehide is one of the most durable leathers.
