I'm 65 years old and feel like a kid....
Waiting on Santa! I traded for an M&P CORE, and think I'm really gonna like it. I ordered a Vortex red dot for it and can't wait for it to get here. REALLY looking forward to getting it all put together and taking off for the range. Santa is being pretty good to me again this year and coming a little early to boot. Where is the best deal on M&P 9m/m mags? Thanks guys.

I've been ordering from 44mag.com. The price has gone up since my last order and they are now at $30 each plus $5 standard shipping.

Woodtick, you remind me of that kid in 'A Christmas Story', waiting for Santa to bring him his Red Ryder BB gun. Remember what his mother told him: "You'll shoot your eye out!".
I know how you feel. I'm 70 now and thoughts of a new Smith and Wesson (pre locks only) still get me in the Christmas sprit!!! Of course I treat myself several other times a year as well... So many guns, so little time!!!

Hey les b, I see
that you are also former Navy and fellow West Virginian. Lets try to get together some time for some coffee and tall tales. Whata ya say?

Santa
Santa came early to my house last week and left a big box marked "S&W M&P 15". It has opened up a whole new arena of shooting and reloading for me. Yesterday, I got a 1000 rounds of clean brass from a local range for $52. Life is good !!! At 74 I'm still a kid.

Looks like 44mag isn't leading in price anymore. Greg Cote, which others have recommended, is less. https://www.westernsport.com/product...ound-magazine/ is currently selling for $23, but I've never ordered from them.

It's good to feel like a kid because when you're retired, you've got time go to all the candy stores and....................that's what "saving for your retirement" was all about. Right?
