old gun gets new trigger and FTE problem

Ok, so I have a 2006 FS, 9MM. I put in an Apex DC forward set trigger with a new sear housing block from Brownells. trigger is great of course in travel and break as well as reset. now I get a FTE every 5 or so rounds. same ammo as always, same grip so I'm not limping it. what might be the cause of this problem? Thanks.
