Default Is this normal????
I bought a 9mm shield a few days ago and noticed the end of the barrel looked like it wasn't, how do I say this, not a true circle. Is this normal??

I think it is ok. S&W puts a very nice inward "crown" on the barrel for accuracy, and sometimes a squared off groove in the rifling may make it appear non-symmetrical.

The proof is the the shooting!

yes - the rifling makes it look that way
