Measured Trigger Pull M&P .380??
I have the no laser model .380 that I purchased a year ago this month. It has been completely reliable w/everything, over 600 rounds so far, and I enjoy my range time with this gun. A lot has been written about the long, hard trigger pull but it's similar to the J frame I carried for over 40 years, does not bother me and has become my EDC. My question is has anyone measured the factory trigger pull on this model? I'd be curious to see how it measures up to my Model 37 or 38.

I bought one. First DAO pistol, and I can't deal with the long trigger pull. I dry fired a Ruger Custom LCP today, for the second time. It has a much better trigger pull, and I am on the waiting list for one. It is about 2/3 as long as the BG. I have a couple of j frame revolvers, and I agree the trigger pull is similar, but too long for me on the BG .380.

I didn't like the feel of the BG in my hands .. but the one I tried at the range I shoot at was 10.2 .. least that was what they told me .. it has had a few rounds through it as they told me it was a popular rental gun ..
I ended going with the Sig P238 ..

I looked at the Sig 238 and liked it, but just not for me. I pocket carry and am a leftie so a 1911 style pistol just will not work for me.

We have two TCP 380's in the family that have trigger pulls under 5lbs and have been very reliable .
