Shield Extension by NDZ Performance
I just got my 3 NDZ Performance extensions in. Love them. Thought I'd share in case anyone was looking for a more discreet extension, vs the ones that make the grip longer overall.

That looks like a good accessory for the shield, however, $20 each (plus shipping?) is a little high IMO.

My thought too.
They're nice, but I don't know if they're "$20 per" nice...

Don't worry, man. I'm not judging.
What's completely worth it to one person may be completely outrageous to the next. God bless the free market. lol
Enjoy your new toys!

Looks very nice, but I want my Shield as small as possible. With my large hands, I sill would not be able to get my little finger fully inside that extension. So that leaves the flat butt plate for me, with my little finger resting under the butt plate.

I got 2 of these for my 7 rounders as well, they are very well made and extremely sturdy. I highly recommend them, I am able to get a full grip on it with the extension and makes it a lot easier to get follow up shots. It really hasn't affected concealability either and have had no issues with it and I carry IWB everyday. Very happy with my purchase.

Yep, I like mine too. Concealability is not much of an issue, at least not with my iwb canted holsters. If my hands were any bigger, I don't think the extension would help much, but as is, it fits me ok. Still need to get to the range for a true test tho.

Looks like the other video review thread got deleted, anyway I received my extension today and installed it on my regular length 6 round mag. Very nice quality and I like the extended rear that fits over the grip hole BUT my hands are a little too large for the short length of the extended front lip. It compresses my hand into the grip between the lip and the trigger guard a little too much for a comfortable grip and may even be putting a little downward stress on the magazine. If I were to keep the NDZ ext. on my mag I'd need to undercut my trigger guard a little bit and I'm probably not going to do that. Next up to try will be the Pearce ext.

I have the ones that do not cover the backstrap hole. They do not add enough length to the grip to even affect concealment. The primary thing I like about them is they aid in the draw with positive hand placement.
