We moved in may from Brevard County (47 years) to Putmam county Florida.We bouught a rual pice of property. Its chain linked totally property over an acre. It took about a month for me to decide on what carry rotation. This is how it works so far 442 during day and M &P 40 c on night stand.In Brevard I usally did a monthly carry same one all month from 32,380,38,9mm 40c to 45 acp. Being I am very rual and going into town naybe twice a month . I still pack heavier going to town for most part. But seems this works well out here doing a lot if remodel so 442 works well . Lot of sand and dirt out here lol.

Sounds like you've got it pretty well figured out for your situation. I carry my Shield or an LCR in the hot months here is SW Michigan, then switch over to the MP 9 fullsize for the fall thru early spring.
