M&P 9c Back Strap Problem
Just bought a M&P9c and can't install large back strap, anyone had this problem? Small and medium fit fine but the large seems too long.

I have a M&P 9c and 40c and also a full size M&P 9mm. The large in your picture looks like one for a full size M&P. I bet a full size one got stuck in the box by mistake.

I have an M&P 40 and the large is way bigger, not sure about the M&P 9.

Spent casing not required any longer, if you contact customer service they will send you a large grip insert.

Yep. The large is from the full size. No spent case included anymore.

Here is my small, medium, and large compact inserts next to my large full size insert. It looks different than yours maybe your large insert is for the M&P 45 compact it is larger than my large for the compact but definitely not a full size.

Did some research on the Smith & Wesson website and after comparing the 9c to 45c, S&W1006 was right I got the 45c large back strap instead of the 9c large.

Update, e-mailed customer service last night and got a response this morning. Gave them my name, address and they said they would send me a new insert.

Update- Received large grip insert today and it fits perfect, great customer service from Smith & Wesson.
