Default What would you do about this BG?

I bought a new BG in March. I just sent it back to the factory for the 3rd time. I usually get 1-2 FTF's per 6-round magazine. It has done this with 5 different brands of ammo. Always fires on 2nd or 3rd pull. The 1st time I sent it in, replaced barrel, firing pin, & slide. The 2nd time, replaced slide. It was no different when returned either time. This time I put in a letter requesting that S&W replace the pistol. I bought it to carry & will have to successfully put A LOT of ammo through it before I trust it. Haven't had a reply yet. I don't want to sell it because that will just be passing the problem on to someone else. Will appreciate any suggestions regarding dealing with S&W. Thanks.

I am all ears. My brand new, never fired, Shield 9mm will be heading back to S&W due to missing parts.

I have not had that problem with my BG as of yet, but even though I have not I put a Galloway stronger hammer spring in mine. I do not mind the stronger pull and I hope this will prevent a light strike from ever happening.

These problems with the BG380 are unfathomable for me!
My BG380 is like the infamous "Timex", it just, "Takes a licking and keeps on ticking!" It originally came w/Insight Laser,
which was replaced w/CT by S&W.
I have put over 1,100 rds through it with no problems or failures, except for walking roll pins which is a very minor issue.
I love my BG and I trust it with my life! I hope S&W get's your's straightend out!
