Best way could be to have one custom made. Avoid all the cookie cutter makes. All my gear is made by me, so I always get what I want.
Thank you,

I just received my Cook's OWB yesterday. Low profile and positive retention! I haven't had a chance to put it to use, but it's very well made, and Cook's is a great company.

Is that open or closed on the bottom? Most pics look like closed on their site, but there were a couple that made me wonder. Did you go with belt or paddle?
Thanks.

For range use, I use a Bianchu UM84 III fits the little M&P just fine.
Usually use it w/o the removable flap:

It's open on the bottom. Basically the kydex is folded over the pistol, but a perfect fit. Adjustable clip, and adjustable tension. I'll try to get some pictures up.

the way i do it (as i dont have accounts with some of the photo apps) is when replying, look further down on the screen in the "Additional Options" block. You can click on "manage attachments" and work thru the steps (basic) to add pix. You can always preview your post before submitting to ensure you added on what you wanted.
Note this works for me whether i'm on a pc or on my iphone.

I'm able to attach multiple pix to one post, but yes each one has to be uploaded individually. I'm sure using a photo site/app is easier, just never got around to them yet

Protect Holster
Don't think the particular model holster had a name. I was unsure so I email the guy and he said the model number as shown in my post picture is what I needed. What is really neat about it is the extra magazine holder built in to the holster.

My Safariland 5197 for my Glock 19 Gen 3 works great. I have to tighten down on the tension screw just a bit but other than that, it fits well enough that I won't look for another holster for it. I will post some pictures later if I don't forget.
ETA: Here it is.
