SQUIBB loads are NEVER a gun issue.
One reason inexpensive bulk ammo is inexpensive is that less attention is paid to quality control. And, bulk packs which don't keep the rounds from bouncing around can lead to subtle damage to the casings, and to slight displacement of the bullets. Cheap ammo often proves to be less of a bargain than seems likely.
When some rounds won't chamber (but other rounds do) that is typically an ammo issue -- that sort of malfunction is almost always due to the round being physically out of spec. Try different ammo.
While reloads are less expensive, you can buy ammo like Blazer Brass (or Sellier & Bellot and various other ammo) for just a bit more and have almost no problems. If you buy in bulk (500 or 1000 rounds at a time) you can get some additional savings.

It's very unlikely that the barrel is being jarred
out of position by a round that doesn't load or chamber properly.
When the slide is moving forward, there's not much "wiggle" possible by the time the round is being chambered -- as the barrel can only go forward (which is where it is supposed to go.) The farther forward it goes, the more likely it is to be properly positioned -- so being jarred can only be GOOD.
